will definitley need help killing last guy. as for the quest itself to get this pet, I had a level 60 warrior guildie help me take down the level 55 elite guy to get this spell. everybody I talk to says to use "curse of shadow" on him first then enslave him so will try that next time to see if it really helps in re enslaving him. I died the first time using him due to not getting him enslaved fast enought and had to fear him and finally got him enslaved but it only lasted 10 seconds. only problem of course is keeping him enslaved. I am level 52 and can easily defeat level 54 using this guy. I do not use as much mana with this guy out since he hits so hard compared to using the void pet. I was killng in Azshara and noticed I can easily cast one less dot on them counting on the pet to take up the rest and he surely does. I know he will need to be enslaved all the time but he sure does hit hard. Kommentar von AllakhazamI just got this pet from doing the quest and have to say I like this pet. You can summon him in the middle of Iron Forge. The cast is a 1 hour cooldown, 2 sec cast, so it's preety quick. The reagent to cast is an "Infernal stone", get these at your local reagent vendor, I pay 45 silver each in IF. It can be useful, it can go horribly wrong and kill you after 5 minutes if you aren't careful.
He hits preety damn hard, and he does Fire damage every couple of seconds to mobs around him. He is immune to fire effects, as all infernals are. He will swing at everything near him if you die, so don't use this and die with him in the middle of your group. Friend, foe, guard, rabbit, sasquatch, bird, antelope, rock on the ground, thin air, etc. It is fun to use in PvP, mind you, if you die, this thing keeps on going, and attacks anyone who is near it. sort of.I use this thing when I need a little extra *oomph* to beat something, and I know I can get it killed when I'm done with it, hehe. I'm not ready to use it in BG quite yet, at least not until I'm upper 50's, since he can still get dropped pretty easily. Well, Infernal is very fun to summon in the right area, and unleash just to watch the hell it raises. Surprisingly enough, the level 70 warlock from my guild (won't name any names) did not have her inferno summon herself. So we all took down the infernal pretty easily needless to say.Īfter that, turned in quest, watched the hilarious scene (won't spoil it), and got my inferno summon.Īnd I did all this at level 51. Also met up with another warlock from another guild (lvl 54 I think?), who happened to be doing the quest, and he grabbed HIS buddy, another lvl 70. Took about maybe 10 kills to get the essence.Īfter that, went back to turn in quest, and grabbed a guildie, who was lvl 70 warlock herself.

Banished the felhunters on each attempt, took down the other felguard mob, than went back to felhunter once he broke free of banish. I think this was the hardest part, because it was inside a dungeon (tight quarters for some parts), and legionairres were for the most part, closely grouped with other mobs.Īfter that, went to blasted lands, and you know, despite hearing this was the hardest of the 3, I soloed this at 51, without dying once. Next went to Jaedenar, and here I did get lucky enough to find a group, so we went and killed a bunch of legionairres until the essence dropped. Even got the essence drop on 1st kill of a satyr. got the 2nd quest, and easily soloed for the fel essence drop in Azshara.
